Kirsi is a Work & Organisational Psychologist and an Executive & Career Coach who has conducted hundreds of psychometric assessments in selection and development, working with a range of start-ups, SMEs and multinationals in a variety of sectors, such as finance, medical, pharmaceutical, IT, construction, education, aviation and professional services, amongst others. She is experienced working with a diverse range of individuals in various stages of their professional lives; senior executives, young professionals, jobseekers and leaving cert students.
Kirsi is an advocate for embracing Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, in particular when it comes to identifying and leveraging the 'less visible' individual differences each of us possesses. These include personality and values, as well as cognitive diversity – differences in thinking style, problem-solving and perspective.
Kirsi is a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (C. Psychol., & C. Work & Organisational Psychol.,Ps.S.I.), a British Psychological Society certified test user (RQTU) in personality and ability assessments, and an International Affiliate member of the American Psychological Association. She is highly experienced in administering, interpreting and feeding back assessments such as Cattell's 16pf® Questionnaire (16 PF Sixth Edition), Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Strong Interest Inventory®, as well as a wide range of cognitive assessments (ability). She holds a BA in Psychology from NUI Maynooth and an MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology from University of Limerick. Kirsi is a certified Business & Executive Coach and a member of the Association of Coaching, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and also holds a diploma in Counselling Psychology (ICM).
